Dr. Nair utilizes evidence-based medicine and his Steadman Hawkins Clinic Denver Sports Medicine fellowship-training to treat injuries with state-of-the-art techniques.

Dr. Troy Shields serves as a Medical Director for Swift Urgent Clinic. He's an orthopedic surgeon specializing in arthroscopy of the shoulder, knee, and elbow. Dr. Shields earned his medical degree from the University of Nevada School of Medicine, Reno, before completing his residency in Orthopedic Surgery at Loma Linda University. To further his training, Dr. Shields fulfilled an orthopedic sports medicine fellowship at Hoag Orthopedic Institute in Irvine, California. As a result, he received advanced clinical and surgical training in arthroscopic and reconstructive surgeries of the shoulder, knee, hip, and elbow.
