OUR OFFICE HOURS
Swift Urgent Clinic Reno and Sparks offices are open Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM. The Swift Urgent Clinic Reno office is also open Saturday, 12 PM to 4 PM.
REFERRALS & MANAGED CARE PLANS
Some health plans have specific rules you must follow in order to be seen by a specialist. We understand that your health insurance company may require authorization from a primary care physician prior to visiting a specialist. As a service to our patients, Swift Urgent Clinic will check with your insurance company and work with you in order to obtain authorization and documentation as necessary.
ABOUT HEALTH INSURANCE
Swift Urgent Clinic accepts most insurance plans. The following is a list of Insurance providers that we are contracted with. You need to contact your insurance provider to verify your coverage. If you do not see your insurance provider listed below, please call our office at 775-507-4700 to find out if your plan is accepted. If your health insurance plan requires you to pay a “co-pay” amount, you will be expected to pay that amount when you visit the clinic.

PRESCRIPTIONS & REFILLS
The use of prescription drugs is a very serious issue, and we are required to manage the process carefully. Consequently, prescriptions and refills will be issued only during office hours. Please call 48 hours in advance.
