Torrey is an experienced orthopedic and spine specialized physical therapist. He has completed continuing education coursework in many spine and orthopedic specialties including: spinal rehabilitation, manual therapy of the lumbar spine and prescriptive exercise for mechanical low back pain.

Torrey completed his Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences at the University of Nevada in Reno. He furthered his education by earning a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy at the University of Colorado in Denver. Torrey completed Ph.D. coursework in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Nevada in Reno.

Torrey has been a licensed physical therapist in Nevada since 2000. He is a member of the International Spine and Pain Institute.

At Swift orthopedic Urgent Clinic, Torrey helps patients perform customized home exercises as early as their first visit. His goal is to make the patient independent of therapy within a short period of time.
