Dr. Chad Jensen joined the Swift Orthopedics team after completing fellowship training in pain medicine at the University of Iowa. He chose to become a physician because it combines his love of science and desire to make a positive difference through healthcare. Dr. Jensen decided on the pain management specialty during residency after witnessing how interventional treatments improve patients’ function and quality of life.

Dr. Jensen regularly performs interventional pain procedures including cervical, lumbar and transforaminal epidural injections, SI joint injections, spinal cord stimulator trials / implants, lumbar and cervical radiofrequency ablations, joint injections, nerve blocks, and botox injections.

"I believe in building relationships with my patients that allow us to choose treatments that fit best with an individual’s goals and lifestyle. Through a personalized approach, I aim to achieve an accurate diagnosis and effective treatment with specialized care to help my patients regain the function and quality of life they deserve,” he explains.

Dr. Jensen is accepting new patients in Carson City and Reno.
